Book in Advance
Due to high demand our villa is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation we will require a deposit  in AUD to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to your arrival are fully refunded, within 2 weeks the refund is 50%, less than 2 weeks there is no refund available.
If you are unable to travel due to a positive Covid result  there will be no refund so please check that your  insurance policy covers you for this.
If your flight is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will look into each incident individually in regards to refunds.

Minimum Stays and Rental Rates
We sometimes impose minimum night stays at our villa depending on demand and last minute availability. Shorter stays can be requested and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Our rental rates are subject to change without notice.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit. This should also include Covid cover, medical, evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
